Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to the use of the services and platforms (hereinafter "Service") by Z*** G***, W*** Straße, 28329 Bremen.
By using the service, you acknowledge these T&C as binding. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
§ 2 Service Description
synexa labs is a digital product studio that develops and operates SaaS platforms in the areas of automation, fintech, and productivity. The services include:
- Provision and operation of SaaS platforms
- Content processing and automation
- AI-powered features and services
- Export and download of generated content
§ 3 Registration and User Account
Registration is required to use the service. You undertake to:
- Provide truthful and complete information
- Treat your access data confidentially
- Inform us immediately of any misuse
- Maintain only one user account per person
§ 4 Terms of Use
You undertake to use the service only for lawful purposes and:
- Not upload illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content
- Not violate copyrights or other third-party rights
- Not use malware or harmful software
- Not abuse or manipulate the service
§ 5 Payment Terms
Use of the service is based on the selected plans. Payments are:
- To be made in advance (for monthly/annual subscriptions)
- Non-refundable
- To be made in Euro (EUR)
- Processed via Stripe or PayPal
§ 6 Right of Withdrawal and Early Expiration
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers:
When entering into a paid subscription, you as a consumer generally have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion.
Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal:
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU if:
- You have expressly consented to us beginning the provision of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- You have acknowledged that by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract execution begins.
Goodwill Policy:
Independent of the statutory right of withdrawal, we may grant refunds on a case-by-case basis as a gesture of goodwill. However, there is no legal entitlement to such refunds.
§ 7 Liability and Warranty
We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability is excluded for:
- Simple negligence (except for breach of essential contractual obligations)
- Damages due to force majeure
- Content uploaded by users
- AI-generated content (see separate liability clause)
Liability is limited to foreseeable damage.
§ 8 Termination
Both parties can terminate the contractual relationship at any time:
- Free plans: Immediate termination possible
- Paid plans: Termination at the end of the term
- In case of violations: Immediate termination possible
- Termination via user account or by email
§ 9 Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy, which is part of these T&C.
§ 10 Changes to T&C
We reserve the right to change these T&C. Changes will be communicated to you by email. An objection within 4 weeks will lead to termination.
§ 11 Final Provisions
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Bremen. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
