Website Terms of Use
Last updated: July 26, 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to the portfolio website at www.synexalabs.org. They do not govern use, registration, purchases, or payments on a linked product website. The terms and notices published on that product website apply instead.
2. Provider
Reveal contact details
This website is provided by Zaur Guliyev, trading as synexa labs, Wilhelm-Liebknecht-Straße 4, 28329 Bremen, Germany. Further details are available in the Legal Notice.
3. Purpose of this website
The website introduces synexa labs and its own product portfolio. It has no user accounts, uploads, ordering, or payment processing. Product status, descriptions, and preview images are general information and may change as the products develop.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website for personal or business informational purposes. You may not disrupt its technical availability, circumvent security controls, use automation in a way that impairs the service, or use the website unlawfully.
5. Intellectual property
Text, design, trademarks, graphics, and original images are protected by copyright or other intellectual-property rights. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected. Any further copying, adaptation, or public exploitation requires the relevant rights holder’s prior permission.
6. External product websites and links
Links lead to separate websites whose operators are responsible for their content, availability, services, and contract terms. Linking does not mean that we continuously review or adopt all external content.
7. Availability and informational content
We aim to operate the website reliably and maintain its content carefully, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Products marked “In development” may be incomplete, changed, or discontinued. This website does not provide legal, tax, medical, insurance, or investment advice.
8. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable for ordinary negligence only where an essential contractual duty is breached and only for foreseeable, typical loss. This limitation does not apply to injury to life, body, or health, intent, gross negligence, or mandatory statutory liability.
9. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable law. The version published here applies to your use.
10. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, provided this choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence.
